The big marketplaces moved upmarket. Under $100,000, nobody tells founders what their project is worth.
The side project that still pays.
$1,400 /mo · last deploy in March
You stopped shipping months ago and Stripe still sends money. Is that worth $20,000 or $60,000? Now you know, and you know why.
The DM you had no number for.
“Would you sell?” · no number
Someone asked. You said maybe, because you had no idea what to ask. Next time you answer with a range and the reasons behind it.

Listed when you say so
One switch. Your project page becomes a listing with the verified numbers on it.
How it works
The estimator above works today. Sign in to run it on your own numbers.
1
Connect Stripe, read-only.
Your revenue is verified at the source. We read it; we never touch it.
2
See your valuation and what holds it back.
A range, the multiple behind it, and a checklist of what would raise it.
3
Turn on “for sale” when you are ready.
Your project page becomes a listing. Buyers see verified numbers, not claims.
What moves the number
The multiple starts at 2.5× annual revenue. Each factor moves it. The result stays between 0.8× and 5.0×.
- Growth above 10 % a month+1.0
- Growth 3 to 10 % a month+0.5
- Churn under 3 % a month+0.5
- Older than 24 months+0.3
- Younger than 6 months−0.5
- Churn above 8 % a month−0.7
- Revenue shrinking−0.8
Churn is the factor founders underestimate most. From under 3 % to over 8 % a month, the same revenue loses 1.2× its annual revenue in price. At $1,200 a month, that is $17,280. The readiness checklist works on exactly that.
Nothing is public until you flip the switch.
Stripe is read-only. We read revenue. We cannot move money or change anything in your account.
Your valuation is yours. No leaderboard, no public profile, no email to a buyer.
When you want offers, turn on “for sale”. Your project page becomes a listing with verified numbers, and buyers come to you.
